Zero Emission Liquid / Solid Seperation

E3 has developed a unique zero emission, totally enclosed, confined atmosphere, liquid solids separator for the separation and recycle of anaerobic solids and bacteria. The separator can be used for a wide variety of purposes since the influent gases are confined and separated from the atmosphere (See www.cyclus.com for animation).

The Zero Emission separator is a non-mechanical device with no moving or mechanical components within the enclosed tank. All process equipment is external to the separator. The separator can achieve very high solids surface loading rates that are three to five times that of conventional separators. The separator has high solids capture that results in a clean liquid effluent. The separator also produces a highly concentrated solids slurry without disrupting the bacterial consortia. There are no gas or odor emissions from the separator.
